She has spent her career building the operational systems that let creative studios do their best work, and she's done it at nearly every scale. Starting as a line producer and moving through post-production, she eventually spent time both as an executive producer and head of production at studios ranging from fewer than five to over one hundred people touching commercial, film, documentary, and animation. That range gave her a ground-level fluency in how creative studios actually function, how they grow and where they can fall apart.
For the past four years at Versus, Kathryn has been designing and implementing the studio's operational backbone from the ground up. As Director of Creative Operations, her work spans the full Versus ecosystem, connecting business development, finance, production, and creative so they move together and grow intentionally. Her belief is simple: culture isn't what you protect after you've built the operation. It's what you build the operation around.
