Before joining LinkedIn, Katwo spent 18+ years as Co-Founder and Creative Director of Rezonate, a motion design and animation studio with teams in New York City and Manila. Her perspective is shaped by a career that has moved in both directions across the industry: building and running an independent studio as an entrepreneur, then bringing that owner's instinct into a global tech company at enterprise scale. That transition — from studio owner to creative leader inside one of the world's largest platforms — gives her a firsthand view of what changes, and what doesn't, when creative leadership scales from a founder's desk to a global org. Based in New York City, her work spans motion design, branded entertainment, editorial documentary, live action production, and social media.
