CG Artist

Joy Tien is a Senior CG Artist at BUCK

Joy works closely with the Creative Technology team at BUCK to help bridge the gap between CG and tech. She has worked for clients such as Apple, Mailchimp, Sherwin-Williams, Nike, and Coca-Cola.

Joy enjoys participating in speaking engagements and actively promoting art and technology. She has spoken at several schools, including Taipei National University of the Arts in Taiwan, Pratt, and School of the Visual Arts in New York. She now serves as a sub-committee member for ACM SIGGRAPH 2021 conference and is committed to bringing the best content to the community.

Joy continues to be an activist in the CG world, as a founding member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee at BUCK, and volunteers as a mentor for Women in Animation’s Mentor Circle Program.
