Over the course of his 18+ year career, TJ has repeatedly built and managed highly successful creative teams ranging from live action to feature film VFX to commercial animation. In addition to serving as Executive Producer at several of the top agencies, he was one of the founding partners of the animation studio Oddfellows. He works hard to support the animation community through online coaching and serves as a consultant to a multitude of design, illustration & animation studios around the world.
